Burleigh Waters is home base for NF Trades. We live and work here, so for most local jobs we're only minutes away. Licensed, insured, upfront pricing and a clean site when we leave.
The suburb is mostly established homes from the 1980s and 90s, many on the canals and lakes. A lot of these houses still have their original switchboards, so switchboard upgrades and safety switches are common jobs here, along with 2027 smoke alarm upgrades, LED downlight conversions and ceiling fans.
Waterfront homes also mean pool and pontoon lighting, outdoor powerpoints and outdoor-rated fans. We make sure anything near water is protected and rated for it.
We also cover the suburbs around Burleigh Waters, including Burleigh Heads, Miami, Varsity Lakes, Robina.
