If it's safe to reach, switch off the main switch at the switchboard. Unplug the appliance you suspect. Don't touch anything that is wet, hot or sparking, and keep everyone clear.
Check whether your neighbours have power, or look up Energex's outage map. If the street is out, it's a network fault and Energex will fix it. If it's only your home, call us.
